These services may collect anonymized usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not share any personally identifiable client information with these services. We do not use any third-party services to process, store, or analyze your confidential business data.

Job Applications

If you apply for a role through our careers pages, we collect your name, email address, phone number, country, the CV you attach, and anything you write in the two optional questions. We use it only to consider you for the role you applied for and to reply to you.

• Your application is emailed to our hiring inbox. Your CV is not stored on this website and is never written to our servers.
• Only the people involved in hiring for that role can see it. We do not share applications with anyone outside Semark LLC, and we never sell or pass them to recruiters.
• We keep applications for 12 months after hiring for that role finishes, then delete them. The period is set by law rather than by preference: US federal rules (29 CFR 1602.14) and the Kansas Act Against Discrimination each require hiring records to be kept for at least one year, measured from the record or the hiring decision, whichever is later.
• You can ask us to delete your application at any time before then, and we will, unless we are required to keep it because a legal claim is live.
• The application form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is described in the section above. Submitting the form sends device and browser information to Google.

Cookies
