Bashir Ahmed is an operations and general management professional with more than twenty years of experience leading teams across operations, business development and consulting. As CEO of Semark LLC he directs the company’s operations, client relationships and business development, holding delivery steady as the company grows.
He has spent his career leading teams rather than working alone: building the processes people follow, holding the client relationships that outlast individual projects, and making delivery something that can be measured rather than asserted.
At Semark he sets the operating standard the delivery leads work to, and owns the planning behind scaling - deciding which processes need to exist before growth, rather than after it breaks something.
